She was predeceased by: her father Ennis F. Peugh; her stepfather Riley Harris Sr.; her siblings, Harold, Charles, Laverne and Gloria; and her granddaughter Zanatreya Broady.
She is survived by: her mother Willie Mae Harris; her daughters, Jacquelyn, Odetta and Tywonza Broady; her siblings, Joycie Boone (Henry), Belinda Boston (Ronnie), Henrietta Chavis (Bryan), Riley Harris Jr. (Theresa), Willie Harris (Geri), David Harris, Wilbert Harris, Elz Ray and Adolph Peugh; and her grandchildren, Tonshonia, Sahara, Ambrosia, Darius "Petey", Tommeya, Savion, Tommiya and Coleman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other cherished relatives and life-long friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Prairie View AME Church (5601 Fannin St, Sealy, TX 77474).
