He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carol Peters of Seguin; his children, Billy Ray Wilcox, Jr. (Denise) of Seguin, Texas, Dana Lee Brotherwood (Tony) of Lampasas, Texas and Amanda Lyn Bratten (Greg) of Fairbanks, Alaska.; his niece Thea Monahan (David) of Austin, Texas.; his grandchildren, Bethany, Maggie, Ella, Cole, Lily, Kristina, Chelsea, Brandon and Derrick; his great-nieces, June and Alice; and his siblings, Robert, Tommy, Larry, Jimmy and Marsha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
