He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Marie (Salge) and Eugene Louis Brietzke; his brothers, LeRoy Brietzke, Marvin Brietzke and Freddie Lee Brietzke, Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Baese and Jack Mayo.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Materanek Brietzke; his children, Donna Kayter (Martin), Donald Brietzke (Michelle) and Raymond Welch (Deanna); his grandchildren, Travis Caddell (Shelbie), Shelby Muller (Joshua Steelman), Kaden Head (Erica), Victoria Welch (Dayne Bellard), Mason Kayter, Michael Brietzke (Faith Saylor), Ronnie Peeler (Gina Vigliotti) and Douglas Pond; his sisters, Jennie Faye Baese and Helen Mayo; his sisters-in-law, June Brietzke and Carol Brietzke; and his nephews, Bryan Baese, Bradley Baese, Mark Brietzke, Kevin Brietzke, Karl Brietzke, Paul Brietzke, Freddie Lee Brietzke Jr. and Gregory Mayo. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
