Gloria Rangel Bogdan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Rangel Bogdan of Seguin, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara Rangel and Domingo Sr. Rangel; her siblings, Domingo Jr., Benito Rangel and Josie Longoria; and her brothers-in-law, James Sanchez and Mingo Contreras (Stanley Bogdan).
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa De La (Bogdan); her son-in-law Anthony De La Cruz; her grandchildren, Joshua and Paris; her siblings, Martin Rangel, Sara Contreras, Chavela Bittner (Carl) and Virginia Sanchez; her brother-in-law Joe Longoria; and her grandson Jarred. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goetz Funeral Home (713 N Austin St, Seguin, TX 78155). A rosary was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (409 W Krezdorn St, Seguin, TX 78155). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Santo Tomas Cemetery (2798 TX-46, Seguin, TX 78155).
