He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy E. Ander (Wuensche) and James John "Jack" Ander; and his parents-in-law, Melinda (Reininger) and Hilmar "Nooky" Mueller. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ander of Emanuel's Lutheran Church; his son Aaron Ander; his siblings, Annet Riley (Mike) and Ernie Ander (Laura); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Emily Ander, Shane (April), Lance Riley, Eric and John Ander; his great-niece Sydney Riley; and his great-nephew Michael Riley.
