He was predeceased by : his parents, Julian Carrillo and Josie Carrillo (Tellez); and his niece Eglena Diaz DeLeon. He is survived by : his children, Maurisa Carrillo Franklin (Terrence Brandon) and Mario Carrillo Jr. (Caitlin); and his siblings, Julian Carrillo Jr. (Melissa), Esiquia "Atsy" DeLaGarza (Rey), Robert Carrillo (Sandy), Cindy C. Gutierrez (Charlie), Francis "Twiggy" Sassenhagen, Edith "Eydie" Rosales (Tony), Veronica Carrillo and Frank "Sudie" Carrillo (AnaLaura). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
