He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Andrew Howell Sr. and Jewell Covey Howell. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Ann Rodriguez (John); his daughter Brandy; and his nieces and nephews, Audie, Reesie, Melodie, Frankie, Cindy, Lisa, Matthew, Chuck and Michael. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
