It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosa Arce (Seguin, Texas), who passed away at the age of 87, on February 8, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ignacio Alvarez and Andrea Alvarez (Rodriguez); her son Louis Arce Jr.; and her sister Locaria Ramos. She is survived by : her husband Louis Arce Sr.; her daughters, Gloria Arce and Diane Arce Flores; and her siblings, Ignacio Alvarez, Marcelino Alvarez, Juan Alvarez, Frances Sandoval and Petra Alvarez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friend.

Pallbearers will be: Anthony Galvan, AJ Arce, Chris Flores, DK High, Rickie Valdez and Noel Arce Jr. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the chapel has a limited capacity of 50 guests at a time. As per CDC protocols social distancing of 6 feet is required and all guests attending services at the funeral home and cemetery are required to wear a face covering.
