She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Anderson "Andy" Schmidt; her parents, Adelaide Phillips and Marvin Ranft; and her siblings, Scott Ranft and Karen Ranft.
She is survived by: her son Herman Anthony "Tony" Schmidt (Tasha Schmidt); her grandsons, Jackson Schmidt and Anderson Schmidt; and her brothers, Darryl Ranft and John Ranft. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
