He was predeceased by: his parents, Carole Augustine (Durkin) and Thomas James Augustine. He is survived by: his brother Joseph Augustine (Lyndi) of Carrolton, Texas; his nephew Reed; and his niece Lillian Augustine of Carrolton, Texas. He is also survived by other loving family members and many friends.
