He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris McIntire Rivers and John Alden Rivers; his brother John Alden Rivers Jr.; and his sons, Michael Allen Rivers and Steven Paul Rivers.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Neff Rivers; his daughter Jennifer Ann Rivers Bliss (Billy); and his grandson Alec Jesse Bliss.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sunny Lane Cemetery (4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK 73115).
