It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Skaggs of Seguin, Texas, born in San Saba, Texas, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Nelda Skaggs (Rodgers) and George Skaggs; and his wife Connie Skaggs. He is survived by : his daughters, Tiffany Skaggs and Samantha Skaggs; his grandchildren, Skyler Rizley, Layla Haddock and Jaylin Smithey; his great grandchild Emilio Smithey; and his siblings, Jim Skaggs, Roger Skaggs, Dawn of Florida and Kristy Hill.
