She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Hassold and Ella Buss Hassold; her former life partner Eugene Soefje; her husband Leroy Pflumann; her siblings, Lorraine Hassold Bading, Elmer "Ernie" Hassold and James "Jimmy" Hassold; her son Ronald Soefje; her daughter-in-law Karen Grimm Soefje; and her grandchildren, Carolyn Timmons and Nicholas Soefje.

She is survived by : her sons, Elmer Soefje and John Soefje; her daughters-in-law, Elsie Buehring Soefje and Debbie Busch Soefje; and her grandchildren, Aaron Soefje, Kenneth Soefje, Theresa Mae Soefje McKnight, Kassie Soefje Johnson and Jillian Soefje James. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; numerous friends.
