He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Rodriguez and Maurisia Lopez Rodriguez; and his siblings, Fidencia Hernandez, Rev. Tomas Rodriguez and Rev. Natividad Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Josefina Rodríguez; his daughters, Ana Rodriguez of Seminole, Viatris Rodriguez of Seminole and Nancy Gonzalez; and his sons-in-law, Carlos Gonzalez (Maurisia Cruz) of Seminole and Tony Cruz of Seminole. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren: 9 great-grandchildren: and many extended family.
