He is survived by: his wife Kay Spradlin; his children, David Spradlin (Stacey) of Seminole, Texas, Wade Spradlin of Fort Worth, Texas, Drinda Spradlin of Hurst, Texas and Karanae Duane (Paul Duane) of Hurst, Texas.; and his brothers, Earnest Wayne Spradlin of Seagraves and L. E. Spradlin of Jacksonville, Florida.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
