It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Wheeler (Seven Points, Texas), who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Norman Sullivan (Harvey Conly); and her sons, Patrick Conly and Timothy Conly. She is survived by : her son Michael Sullivan; and her sister Toni Steele. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, two nephews and three cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be sent to your local church or local animal shelter.
