He is survived by: his wife Lorie Short; his children, Alichia Potter (Shane), James Short (Nelly) and Amy Wright (Chad); his brother Donald Wayne Short; and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Breana, Matthew, Bri, Jacob, Blake and Chloe. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
