She was predeceased by : her parent Ozell Hooper; her husband Billy Riggs; her mother Margaret Hooper; her siblings, Otis Hooper, Jearl Hooper, Bobby Hooper, Roger Dale Hooper and Donna Ford; and her great grandchild Michael Brinegar.
She is survived by : her daughters, Margaret Horn and Billie J. Riggs; her siblings, Shirley Miller and David Ford; her grandchildren, Amy Nipp, Hollie Norris, Ashley Brinegar and Brittany; and also, Randi Grant and Angela Riggs.
