He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Virneeze Weaver; his wife Linda Weaver; and his sons, Randall Weaver and Dennis Weaver.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Colleen Carter; his daughter-in-law Jane Weaver; his grandchildren, Justin Weaver, Ashley Weaver, Patrick Hyde, Brandalyn Weaver, Brittney Weaver and Tiffney Weaver; his great grandchildren, Isaac Weaver, Aa'Miyah Fillmore, Paityn Fillmore, Addison Pate, Anakin Pate, Emorie Jordan, Judsen Jordan, Casen Jordan and William Brantley; and his sibling Raynell Wigley (Johnnie Jobe).
