He was predeceased by : his parents, L. D. Allen and Irene Welch Allen; and his spouse Juaniece Copeland. He is survived by : his children, Brian (Denise Allen), Mickey (Gayla Allen), Amy (Donnie Peters), Teresa Copeland of Seymour, Danny (Shelly Copeland) and Tammie Stephens of Merkel. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
