He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughter Lindsay Brasher (Corey); his grandchildren, Lola and Layton; his son Kent Flippin (Amy); his grandchildren, Anika, Jacob and Abby; and his sister Karen Christian. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Archer Funeral Home (111 N Cedar St, Seymour, TX 76380). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (420 N Washington St, Seymour, TX 76380).
