He was predeceased by: his daughter Toni Michelle Elliott; his father Woodrow Elliott; his siblings, James Elliott, David Scott, Woodie Elliott, Jim Latham, Billy Latham, Phyllis Thompson and Eula Lee Elliott; and his grandparents, Edward, Ida May Vaden and Pa Henderson.
He is survived by: his mother Neva Nell Vaden Elliott; his close friend Misty Elliott; and his siblings, Randy (Judy Elliott) and Leann (Jerry Arnold). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family members and many friends.
