He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Thomas and Minnie Lucille Couch (Edwards); his brother Charley Couch; and his daughter Kayleen Couch. He is survived by : his wife Dee Ann Couch of Shallowater; and his daughters, Doretta Carroll (Brooks) of Olton, Lorenda Spain (Stanley) of Dumas and Doreen Young of Olton.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Olton Cemetery Association PO Box 1055 Olton, Texas 79064.
