He was predeceased by : his parents, Clovis Pervis and Mabel Kathryn McCutchen (Young); his former life partner Betty Joy Stanley; his son Roland "Rolie" McCutchen; his sons-in-law, Tom Millican and Tony Byers; and his brothers, Jimmy and Billy Joe McCutchen.

He is survived by : his wife Wanda Fischer of Guymon; his daughters, Jenna (Bob Conner) of Blanchard, Joann (Randy Andrews) of Stillwater and Deann McCutchen of Guymon; his grandchildren, Joy Millican of Yukon, Jean Florea of Oklahoma City, Amy Mason of Oklahoma City, Ryan Andrews of Edmond and Matt Andrews of Stillwater; and his brother Bobby McCutchen of Weatherford, Texas.. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren.
