He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Edward Guidry Sr. and Elaine Hebert Guidry; his daughters, Alexis Guidry (Kamron Lirette), Brooke Guidry (Nacis Theriot) and Ava Guidry; his sister Crystal Cole; his niece Gabrielle Grubbs (Ty); his nephews, Christopher Guevara and Nicholas Guevara; his brother Kevin Guidry (Jessica); his niece Emma Guidry; his nephew Wyatt Guidry; his great-niece Kayleigh Guevara (Olivia Guevara); and his great-nephew Rory Grubbs.
