He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Lou and Alvin McEwing, Sr.; his sister Jo Ann; his aunt Corine; his niece Chavonne; and his nephew Lucas.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michelle Larkins, Andre Larkins and Dorian Layssard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, LaShawn, Danielle, Chanisa, Jelani, Imani, Amarah, Cairo, Taiwo, Kaari, Omolana, Sjebrelyn, Brenaysia, Sharleigh, Sjalen, Sjada, Faleyn, Jaxx and Jacee.
