He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hines, Pattie (Rick Brown) and Michael Hines; his grandchildren, Jon Brown, Marisa Hines, Shane Hines and Lewis Hines; and his sisters, Olyne Kauffman and Etta Slate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
