He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronnie, Helen Brem and Joe Perkins. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Stephens and Jamie Stephens; his siblings, Timothy Robertson (Ashtin), Clayton Robertson, Clayton Stephens, Taylor Shelton (Jeremy), Kevina Langston and Shelby Langston; his grandmother Linda Perkins; his great-grandparent Billie Hunter; and his uncles, Shane (Kimberly Brem), Chad (Amber Brem), James (Moody Stephens), Kelly Shuff and Mark Stevenson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made in his name to the Tom Bean Volunteer Fire Department.
