He was predeceased by: his siblings, Audrey Kay Williams and James; and his great-niece Vivian Worlein. He is survived by: his brother Warren J. Worlein (Barbara); his brother-in-law Johnny Williams of Caney, OK.; his niece Janel Worlein of Clinton, IA.; and his nephew James Worlein of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by two great nieces, a great nephew; and many cousins.
