He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Thacker and Carl Thacker; his wife Katherine Forsythe Thacker; his daughters, Karin Lamb of Van Alstyne and Shana Hughes of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Courtney Dyess-Mam of Howe, Tiffany Solis of Oak Cliff, Tyler Lamb of Nashville, Clayton Lamb of McKinney, Logan Thomas of Wichita, Dalton Thomas of Fort Smith and Austin Hughes of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his great grandchildren, Kameron York, Isaac Loya, Parker Solis, Paige Solis and Kai Mam; and his brothers, Jerrell Thacker (Ruthann) of Gold Canyon, AZ, Jim Thacker (Beverly) of Altus, OK and Carroll Thacker (JoAnn) of Arlington, TX..
