He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Sr. and Carolina; his brother Antonio "Tony" Jr. Frank; his children, John Alvarez, Frank Jr. Alvarez (Chi Wei), Marc Alvarez (Laurie), David Alvarez, Kim Goodman (Leon), Penny Keller (George) and Cindy Wilkerson (Kenny); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Luke, Alexandra, Noah, Joshua, Jonah, Micah, Zachary, Frank III, Hope, Lani Grace, Isabella and Braxton.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; and his grandchildren, Luna, Alexander and Vivienne. He is also survived by Dad, Papa, please give your parents and brother.
