He is survived by: his son Smith Keller Wright of Fort Worth; his sister Terri Ann Short of Sherman; his nephew Matthew Allen Short; his great-nephew Hayden Allen Short of Sherman; and his niece Mary Beth Jones (Seth Allen Jones) of Denison.
