He is survived by: his nephew Billy Lamb; his niece Velvet Andrews; his siblings, Richard Andrews (Betty) and Barbara Boykin; his children, Crystal Fetterolf (Bill), Amber Carter (Scott), Sean Andrews (Kristen) and Blake Andrews (Ashley); his grandchildren, Audree Perdue (Ricky), Aaron Carter (Ally Howerton), Caitlyn Marshall (Corey), Trenton Fetterolf, Troy Andrews, Charlsee Carter and Jaxson Andrews; his friends, Robert and Lana Brueggemeyer; his caregiver Kelly Cook; and his niece Beth (Ron Schnitker). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
