He was predeceased by: his father Joe Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Harvey; his brothers, Dr. Donald Harvey of Portland and Jerry Harvey of Corinth, Texas.; and his children, Amie Pribble (Kyle) of Sherman, Cody Scrivner (Theresa) of Princeton, Joseph Harvey of Dallas and Kyle Whitehurst of Denison. He is also survived by Six grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
