He is survived by: his former wife Jerriann Blythe; his wife Sarah Gates; his daughters, Shelly Sewell of Sherman and Stephanie Parker of Highland Village; his grandchild Laney Anderson of Highland Village; his sisters, Janie Rohr and Sandra Templeton; his grandsons, Dallas Sewell, Gates and Cohen Parker; his nephews, Jon and Jack Aills; and his friend Justin Lawler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
