He is survived by: his wife Amy Flack of Sherman, Texas; his daughter Eleanor Julianne Flack of Dedham, England; his stepchildren, Ethan Brundeen of Kerrville, Texas and Ginny Brundeen (Angelo) of Lake Stevens; and his sister Debbie Livingston (Ian) of London, England..
