He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theresa Fallon and Joseph L. Fallon; his sons, Joe, Jr. (Bonnie), Frank (Karen) and Jim (Sheri); his wife Boody; his grandchildren, Sarah (Brad Sullivan), Robert Fallon, Frank Fallon, Jr. (Sarah), Barrett Fallon, Sam Fallon, Mattingly Fallon and George Fallon; and his great grandchild Sadie Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Mr. & Mrs. Joe Fallon Scholarship at Austin College is encouraged.
