He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Benard Orsak and Mary Clara Prokop Orsak; his sons, David and Stephen; and his wife Dolores Ann Dement Orsak.
He is survived by: his brother W. L. Orsak of Houston, Texas; his children, Debbie Burnett (Zach) of Sherman, Texas and Greg Orsak of Houston, Texas; his daughters-in-law, Lynn Orsak of Hendersonville and Carol Orsak of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Mitch Orsak, Kristin Orsak Robinson (Charlie), Kari Burnett Rylander (Cory), Kayla Burnett, Keith Burnett (Rachel), Kelsi Burnett Miller (Blake), Sarah Orsak, Rebecca Orsak Green (John) and Jordan Orsak (Ari). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
