He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Mullins and Bessie Mullins; his pets, Buster, Bonnie, Clyde, Girly and Diamond "Buggy"; his siblings, Terri Mullins, Becky Rushing (Mullins), Georgette Branham, Robert Branham, Dennis Branham and Andy Branham (Peanut); and his great grandchild Nayeli Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Mullins; his children, Amy Davis (Stephen), Melissa Claspell (Justin), Rick Mullins (Carly) and Kelsey Alsup (Daniel); his grandchildren, Dillon, Skyler, Zach, Mylee, Blake, Aleigha, Sydney, Shelby, Storey, Kegan, Kensley, Kaia, Chase, Addy, Jimmy and Amelia; and his siblings, Charlie Mullins (Melissa), Wally Branham, Susie Swanson (Tom) and Tammy Burgess.
