It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Hernandez Jr. in Sherman, Texas, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Jacob Hernandez Sr. and Velia Hernandez; his sons, Robert Jacob Hernandez III of Oklahoma City, OK and Kolten Hernandez (Melissa); his stepgrandchildren, Brianna and Nathan of Waxahachie; and his siblings, Xavier Hernandez of Edmond, Eric Hernandez of Jenks, OK, Anthony Hernandez (Darah) of Edmond, OK and Yvette Dickey (Bryan) of Midlothian Tx.

He never stopped seeing patients during the pandemic, believing that he needed to be on the front lines trying to help those who were sick.

Family is asking that donations be made to Legacy Bible Chruch in lieu of flowers.
