He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frey and Jean Frey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Endsley Frey; his son Jeff Frey; his grandchildren, John David Frey (Kaylyn McCoy), Haley McMikel, Joya Johnson and Ayriana Johnson; his great grandchild Lincoln Mitchell; and his brothers, Doug Frey and Jimmy Ray Culbreth.
