He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordell Cline Keller and Margaret McMillan Keller; his son Paul Ray Howdeshell; and his parents-in-law, Harold Skaggs and Leona Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Lee Skaggs Keller of Sherman, TX; his children, Scott McMillan Keller (Katherine), Robin Keller Martin (Doug), David Howdeshell (Stacy) and Amy Johnson (Rod); his daughter-in-law Susan Howdeshell; his grandchildren, Carson Stephen McMillan Keller (Ellen), Cordell Cline Keller II (Louisa), Cole Martin, Morgan Martin, Tyler Howdeshell Blalack (Joseph), Jacob Howdeshell, Alison Noel Johnson, Sarah Howdeshell Chapman (Peter) and Emily Howdeshell; his great grandchildren, Camden Blalack and Everett Blalack; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Pierce Sullins (Lester) and Harold Skaggs, Jr. (Jan).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Stephen's Episcopal Church (401 S Crockett St, Sherman, TX 75090).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church Altar Guild or Home Hospice of Grayson County.
