Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sue Raasch of Sherman, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away at the age of 79, on May 17, 2022. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Ellis and Effetomye Ellis; her husband Doug Raasch; her friends, Gloria and Susannah; her children, Jeff Raasch (Haley) and Maren Doherty (Michael); her brother George Ellis (Anne); her sister-in-law Jan Schronk (Stacy); and her grandson Alex Doherty. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
During the pandemic, she and her friends Gloria, Susannah, Nana and Betsy, met weekly in a local park for lunch, laughs and comradery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Friends of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge Foundation, Parkinson's Voice Project, or American Stroke Foundation.
