He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mullins and Rachel Mullins (Godwin); and his brothers, Sheridan Mullins and Charles Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Blakley of Calera; his children, Chris Mullins (Melissa) of Wylie, Texas and Tracy Mullins (David) of Latta, Oklahoma; his stepsons, Richard Laden (Stacy) of Allen and Steven Alcorn (Chrissy) of Marlow, Oklahoma; his sister Lorraine Wilson of Atlanta, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Bettyann Moore (Ronnie) of Lubbock, Jennie Jolley (Mike) of Norman and Helen Owens of Sherman, Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
