It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Layman of Sherman, Texas, born in Fannin, Texas, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Layman of Sherman; his children, Nancy Rhodes of Chouteau, OK and Andy Layman of Frisco; his grandchildren, Tommy Rhodes of Pineland, TX, Laura Rhodes Ensley of Rowlett, TX, Steven Rhodes of Inola, OK, Mandi Phares of Alamosa, CO, Brian Layman of Melissa, TX, Maghan Achimon of Melissa, TX and Brad Layman of Allen, TX.; his brother Ross Layman of Whitewright, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Laura Beth Rhodes, Samantha, Katie Ensley, Sean, Nick Rhodes, Halle, Hannah, Haidyn, Haddie Phares, Carter Layman, Alaina, William, Landon and Caleb Achimon.
