He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Polk and Patsy Polk of Dallas; and his former wife Josephine Polk. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Polk; his siblings, Linda Sue Dussetschleger and Robert Polk; his granddaughter Andrea Scott Pamer (Fred); his great grandchild Freddie Pamer; his stepdaughters, Miranda King (David), Brandy Boatner (Kelvin) and Natina Hamilton (Jason); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Keeling (James) and Sandra McCurley (Dan). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
