He was predeceased by: his parents, William Melvin and Susie Martin Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Knudson; and his daughters, LeAnn James (Bruce) and Carol Pfeiffer (Billy). He is also survived by three grandsons and five great-grandchildren.
However, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of RSVP (Retired Seniors Volunteer Program).
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Pastor Johnson be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
