He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Anne Thompson (Blake) of Murphy, Texas; his grandchildren, Kailey, Zackary, Mackenzie and Clay; his brother-in-law Larry Clark of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Stanley Crowell (Sherri) of Springfield and David Crowell (Karen) of Ft. Worth, Texas..
