She was predeceased by: her parents, Donato Bacongan and Dominga Bacongan (Estrolla); and her siblings, Maria Snow, Isabel Ocale, Patring Bacongan, Theodore Bacongan, Proding Bacongan, Jose Bacongan and Julio Bacongan.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene J. Boehm; and her children, Julie Ann Boehm, Jean Marie Lawrence (Kelly), Lynnette Susan Culak, James Raymond Boehm (Rhoda) and Edward Joseph Boehm (Blanca). She is also survived by grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josie's memory to the American Heart Association or SS.
