He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hauptman and Helen Hauptman. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hauptman; his children, Shawn Hauptmann, Dawn Heaney and Kris Hauptman; and his grandchildren, Trey Pyre, Drake Kuhlman, Kristopher Hauptman, Ashley Hauptman, Naomi Hauptmann and Kentaro Hauptmann.
